Privacy Policy

The short version

Cashier RNG has no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no crash reporting, and we — the developer — receive no data about you at all. From version 1.1 the app shows ads through Google AdMob, and that is the one part of the app that sends anything off your device. What it sends, and how to limit it, is below.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows a banner under the game board on phones with room for one, and an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch in UPGRADES. These ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect and process:

• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking when the app asks
• Your IP address and coarse location derived from it
• Device and app information (model, OS version, language) and how you interact with ads

Google uses this to serve, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud. Its handling is covered by Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your choices

• Tracking. On first launch iOS asks whether the app may track you. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, your advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised using it. You can change this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• EEA, UK and Switzerland. You are shown Google's consent form before any ad loads, and can choose what you consent to.
• Rewarded ads are optional. Nothing in the game requires watching one.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email address, phone number or any other contact detail
• Your precise location
• Analytics about how you play — sessions, events, progress
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health, or any other permission-gated data

Your save file

The game keeps one save — your cash, the items you have found, your gear and the day's progress — in your device's own app storage. It never leaves the device, it is not backed up to us, and there is no server for it to go to. Deleting the app deletes it.

Translations and pronunciation

Item-name translations are built into the app and make no network request. Pronunciation uses your device's own built-in speech synthesiser and sends nothing anywhere.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. It contains no purchases, no chat and no links out to other services.
