The agreement
By installing or using Cashier's RNG you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Downloads through the App Store are also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to this page.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer it, or strip out its assets, except where local law says you may regardless of this paragraph.
Cost
The app is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. In-game cash, items, gear and progress have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game, and are not property.
Your save
Your progress is stored only on your device. We hold no copy and cannot recover, transfer or restore it. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Randomness
Item rarity is decided by the device's own random number generator at the moment you press scan. Odds shown in the game are the real ones. Nothing is for sale, nothing can be bought with real money, and no outcome can be purchased or influenced by payment.
No warranty, and limits
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It will not always be free of bugs or interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or loss arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may change; the current version always lives at this address with its date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
